1. General Conditions:

  • The policy is applicable at a cost of Rs. 149/-.
  • This policy applies only to e-Visa applications made through Travel Move.
  • This policy applicable only for e-Visa countries, including: Azerbaijan, Qatar, Dubai, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Oman, Japan, Tanzania, Kenya, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Indonesia, Russia, and Sri Lanka.
  • The policy applies exclusively to individual applicants. It does not cover bulk/group applications.
  • Refunds are limited to:
    • The official visa fee paid to the consulate
    • The service fee charged by Travel Move
  • Any other travel-related expenses (flights, hotels, forex, holiday packages, etc.) are not covered.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the refund:

  • The visa must be issued from Travel Move after August 1, 2025.
  • The visa must be officially rejected by the destination Immigration/Consulate.
  • The rejection must occur before the planned departure date.
  • The applicant must submit the following within 72 hours of receiving the rejection:
    • Official visa rejection letter (including applicant’s name and passport number)
    • Any additional documents required by Travel Move
  • The rejection document must be dated before the planned departure date.

3. Policy Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa delays (in case of delays in approval or rejection from respective immigration) 
  • Work visas
  • Rejection in case of applicants already holding a valid, unexpired visa
  • Rejection of transit visas
  • Voluntary trip cancellation by the applicant
  • Applications cancelled before a visa decision
  • Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent documentation submitted by the applicant
  • Applicants who belong to banned or ineligible nationalities as per the destination country rules
  • Rejection due to criminal history, immigration bans or ineligibility
  • Rejection letters submitted after 72 hours of receiving
  • Rejection letters submitted after the travel date
  • Bulk, group or corporate applications
  • Any application submitted through a travel agent or third-party on behalf of a customer
  • For applications involving multiple individuals (e.g. families or friends applying together), refund claims will be honoured only for the applicant(s) whose visas are officially rejected by the issuing authority subject to proper documents being provided by the applicant. The approval or rejection of one applicant does not impact the eligibility of others. Voluntary trip cancellation by other members of the group, due to one or more rejections, shall not entitle them to any refund under this policy.
  • Rejection due to:
    • Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
    • Airline cancellations
    • Political unrest, terrorism or war
    • Restraint, detention or legal summons of applicant
    • Changes in visa policy by government or consulate
    • Cybersecurity issues or system failures
    • Late or lost communication from applicant
    • Misuse, abuse or attempt to manipulate the refund policy

4. Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • Travel Move reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted.
  • Submitting forged or altered documents will result in permanent ineligibility and may lead to legal action.
  • Each refund claim must be tied to a unique, identifiable rejection letter per individual.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of successful verification of documents.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking.
  • Only one refund claim per person per destination country is allowed in any 3-month period.

6. Disputes & Final Authority

  • Travel Move reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any misuse or abuse of the policy will result in immediate disqualification from future benefits or claims.
  • Interpretation of the terms and approval of refund claims rest solely with Travel Move.
  • All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
